Term & Condition of Warranty

A. Limited Warranty

V Best Team warrants the product that you have purchased from V Best Team Authorized Dealer, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the period specified below. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Your original purchase invoice (sales receipt), is your proof of the date of purchase. If you cannot provide the original purchase invoice (sales receipt), the warranty period will be based on the manufacture date-code shown on the Product. A Product that has been exchanged is warranted starting at the original date of purchase.

The Warranty period for the product line is as follows:
Parts 12 month (Only Valid for Motor and Motherboard Only)
Battery & Adapter : 6 Month (Only Valid for Vacuum Cleaner Product)

This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser. It is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases, leases, or otherwise obtains the Product from you. It excludes expendable parts. During the warranty period, V Beat Team will repair or replace defective hardware with factory refurbished parts and products. All exchanged parts and Products replaced under this warranty will become the property of V Best Team. During the warranty period, there will be no charge for labor or parts. If, after repeated efforts, V Best Team is unable to repair the Product to good working order, you may get a replacement unit from V Best Team, please note the replacement model may not be the exact same model, V Best Team will always replace with equal or better spec Product.

To ensure timely response to a service request, please be sure to register your Product at http://www.imaxx2u.com.my. Within ten (15) calendar days from the time you purchase the Product, be sure to put in the purchase date, location, and serial number associated with the Product purchase, tech support may randomly ask for sales receipt or other proof of purchase to determine warranty coverage.

B. Warranty Limitation; Exclusion; Exclusive Remedies

This Limited Warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged

a. during or as a result of use other than for its normal intended purpose, failure to use the Product in accordance with the User’s Manual which accompanies it, misuse, abuse, or negligence;
b. by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by V Best Team Authorized Dealer;
c. by modifications of the Product;
d. as a result of services by anyone other than V Best Team Authorized Dealer;
e. improper transportation or packing when returning the Product to V Best Team Authorized Dealer;
f. unusual physical or electrical stress or interference, failure or fluctuation of electrical power, lighting, static electricity, fire, or nature disaster.
g. This unit is tampered with, altered in any way by any unauthorized technician or which has been subjected to misuse due to negligence or accident. The goods shall be inspected by the customer upon purchase and are deemed to be in good condition after leaving the retail outlet. The warranty does not cover damage occurring in transit or operated contrary to instructions.
h. The Defect is caused bt the attack of the household pests, fire lighting, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage or usage of generator.

Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products, and some states or provinces do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. In such states and provinces, the exclusion or limitation of this limited warranty may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. You are advised to consult applicable state or provincial laws for full determination of your rights.
